This is not a basic printed jacket. Each jacket is made to order and professionally embroidered in-house by 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC using premium embroidery techniques, professional polyester embroidery thread, and—on select full-back designs—tackle-twill or leather appliqué for added dimension and texture.

Start with one included embroidered chest design, then personalize your jacket with your player, school, team, organization, colors, sleeve number, artwork, full-back design, and optional game-day accessories.

The finished result is a custom team-spirit jacket designed to stand out at football games, practices, tournaments, school events, tailgates, senior nights, and everyday wear.

The Football Mom, Helmet Mom, and School / Team / Organization designs include customer-selectable embroidery colors so you can coordinate your jacket with your team.

Customer-supplied artwork will be reviewed for chest-size embroidery, readability, detail, and production suitability before production begins.

PREMIUM EMBROIDERY & MATERIALS

We use Madeira Polyneon professional polyester embroidery thread for our embroidered designs.

Select full-back designs may also include premium tackle-twill or genuine leather appliqué combined with satin-stitch embroidery.

Because embroidery thread, tackle twill, leather, garment fabric, and other materials have different textures, finishes, and dye lots, an exact color match between materials cannot always be guaranteed. Coordinating materials will be carefully selected to create a polished finished design.

Please choose colors that contrast clearly with your selected jacket color. If a selected combination will not display clearly or may affect the finished appearance, 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC may contact you before production begins.

For jackets with different sizes, jacket colors, player names, numbers, designs, artwork, embroidery colors, or other customization selections, customize and add each jacket to the cart separately.

Only increase the quantity when every jacket will have the exact same size, jacket color, design, personalization, artwork, and color selections.

BULK SHIPPING

8TH Wonder Apparel LLC works to provide customers with the lowest reasonably available qualifying shipping rate based on package size, weight, destination, and available carrier services.

Bulk shipping rates shown at checkout are based on estimated carrier costs. Actual carrier rates may change between the time an order is placed and the time the order is ready to ship.

If the shipping amount collected at checkout is not sufficient because the anticipated lower-cost carrier service is unavailable or actual shipping costs are higher, 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC will contact the customer before shipment. Additional shipping payment may be required before the order can be shipped.

We will not substitute a more expensive shipping service unnecessarily and will use the lowest reasonably available qualifying carrier option whenever possible.

Additional shipping charges will be calculated based on the lowest reasonably available qualifying carrier rate.

Once production begins and the needle drops, customization cannot be changed.

Because this is a personalized, made-to-order product, there are no cancellations, refunds, or changes once production begins unless the item arrives damaged.

Slight variations in embroidery placement may occur due to garment size and construction.

SAMPLE PHOTOGRAPHS

The jackets and accessories shown in the product photographs are completed samples and examples of available customization.

Your selected jacket color, player name, team name, artwork, embroidery colors, appliqué colors, and other personalization choices will change the appearance of your finished jacket.

Screen settings, photography lighting, embroidery thread, tackle twill, leather, and garment materials may cause colors or textures to appear slightly different in person.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To help protect your embroidery and appliqué:

• Turn the jacket inside out before washing when practical

• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle

• Use mild detergent

• Do not use bleach

• Do not wring or twist

• Air drying is strongly recommended

• If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat

• Do not iron or apply direct heat to embroidery, tackle twill, or leather appliqué

• Do not dry clean unless the garment-care label specifically permits it

Always follow the care instructions on the garment label.

NEED A DIFFERENT CUSTOM DESIGN?

If the available Football Mom, Helmet Mom, School / Team / Organization, or uploaded-artwork options do not fit your needs, you may request a different custom design from 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC.

A $150 Custom Design Fee per project applies when 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC creates or substantially develops a new design.

The fee includes 2 initial mockup concepts, selection of 1 concept to continue, and 2 revision rounds on the selected concept.

Each revision round may include up to 3 small changes requested together.

Additional mockup concepts beyond the 2 included are +$25 each. Additional revision rounds beyond the 2 included are +$15 each.

A major change, new concept, or major change in direction may require a new design fee, additional quote, and/or additional production time.

The Custom Design Fee covers the design-development process and is separate from the cost of the jacket, embroidery, appliqué materials, specialty production, and shipping.
