Use this form when you want 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC to create or substantially develop a new custom design. If you already have finished artwork that is ready for normal production, the $150 Custom Design Fee does not automatically apply.

Custom Design Fee & Mockup Policy

$150 Custom Design Fee per project when 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC creates or substantially develops a new design.

The $150 fee includes:

  • 2 initial mockup concepts
  • You choose 1 concept to continue
  • 2 revision rounds on the selected concept
  • Each revision round may include up to 3 small changes requested together

Small changes can include changing one font, changing the color of one element, resizing or repositioning one element, or changing a short line of wording.

More than 3 small changes may count as an additional revision round. A major change, new concept, or major change in direction may require another design/mockup fee and/or an additional quote or timeline.

Additional design work beyond what is included:

  • Additional mockup concept: +$25 each
  • Additional revision round: +$15 each

Each additional revision round may include up to 3 small changes requested together. A substantially new concept or major change in direction may be treated as a new design project rather than an additional revision round.

Finished customer-supplied artwork within normal production scope does not automatically trigger the $150 fee. Artwork requiring substantial design development, unusual cleanup, redesign, or other unusually complex work may require an additional quote and/or timeline.
