Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy for eligible, non-custom physical products. This means you have 5 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including where to send your package. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for standard returns.

In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label for the customer to download and print. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error, or the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS — FINAL SALE

Custom and personalized products are created specifically according to the information approved or submitted by the customer.

Before placing or approving an order, the customer is responsible for carefully verifying all:

• Names and spelling
• Dates and numbers
• Garment sizes
• Garment and thread colors
• Design placement
• Personalization details
• Other submitted or approved information

Production begins when the embroidery needle drops or when cutting, printing, appliqué, or another decoration process begins.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be changed, canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

8TH Wonder Apparel LLC is not responsible for errors in names, spelling, dates, numbers, colors, sizes, or other details that were submitted or approved by the customer.

EXCEPTION FOR OUR ERROR OR A DAMAGED ITEM

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order details approved by the customer because of an error by 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue
• Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during delivery

After reviewing the claim, we may repair the item, replace it, or issue an appropriate refund.

Items must not be returned without prior authorization.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For eligible, non-custom merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The 14-day cooling-off period generally does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or goods that are clearly personalized.

This exception does not limit any rights that may apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

To qualify for a return under the cooling-off period, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
