8TH Wonder Apparel LLC sells physical products and digital products. Processing and delivery information varies by product type.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Made-to-Order Apparel

Most made-to-order apparel is designed, decorated, and finished in-house.

Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing time does not include carrier delivery time.

After processing, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Products requiring additional customization or extended production time will display the applicable processing period on the individual product page.

IN-STOCK SHOES

In-stock shoe orders normally ship within 1 business day.

After shipment, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, and available carrier service.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed when your physical order ships.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times after an order has been shipped.

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically after checkout. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping charge applies.

GDSD Archive products and other eligible digital downloads are delivered through Sky Pilot after checkout. Customers receive access to the digital files associated with their purchase.

If you do not receive access to your digital download after checkout, please contact us for assistance.
