Personalized Family Reunion Polo — Custom Embroidered Family Tree

Create a one-of-a-kind family reunion polo designed around your family name, reunion year, personalized names, and selected colors.

This is not a basic printed polo. Each design is created directly on a Port Authority® polo using precision laser-cut tackle-twill appliqué, detailed embroidery, satin-stitch appliqué borders, and Madeira Polyneon professional polyester embroidery thread.

The front features a smaller coordinating family reunion design on the left chest. The back features a large personalized family tree with an embroidered tree, trunk, branches, roots, and small decorative leaves. The large personalized leaves are precision-cut from tackle twill and finished with satin-stitch borders.

SMALL EMBROIDERED LEAVES — CHOOSE THREE COLORS

Choose three embroidery-thread colors for the small decorative leaves.

The three selected colors will be repeated throughout all of the small embroidered leaves in the family-tree design.

Customers cannot assign a separate color to each small leaf. The final placement and arrangement of the three selected colors will be completed by 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC to create a balanced appearance.

Available embroidery-thread colors will be shown in the three Small Leaf Color selectors.

LARGE PERSONALIZED TWILL LEAVES — ONE COLOR ONLY

Choose one tackle-twill color for all large personalized leaves.

The selected twill color will be used for every large leaf containing a family name.

Different-colored large leaves, mixed twill colors, or separate twill colors for individual names are not available.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

The customer-selected tackle-twill color applies only to the large personalized leaves.

Available tackle-twill colors will be shown in the Large Leaf Twill Color selector.

NAME THREAD COLOR — WHITE ONLY

All family names embroidered on the large personalized tackle-twill leaves and both names embroidered on the tree trunk will be completed in white Madeira Polyneon professional polyester embroidery thread.

White thread is used for all personalized names to provide a consistent appearance and help the names remain clear and readable.

The thread color used for the personalized leaf names and tree-trunk names cannot be changed or customized.

Because white thread must contrast with the selected tackle twill, white and other very light twill colors are not available for the large personalized leaves.

The satin-stitch borders around the large twill leaves will be completed in a coordinating embroidery-thread color selected by 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC for visibility and overall appearance.

We use Madeira Polyneon professional polyester embroidery thread.

Because embroidery thread and tackle twill have different textures, finishes, and dye lots, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

Please choose small-leaf and large-leaf colors that contrast clearly with your selected polo color. If a selected combination will not display clearly, 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC will contact you before production begins.

PERSONALIZED FAMILY NAMES

Each family name will be embroidered in white thread on a large precision laser-cut tackle-twill leaf.

The two names entered for the tree trunk will be embroidered directly onto the trunk area in white thread.

All names will be embroidered exactly as entered by the customer.

Carefully verify the spelling and capitalization of every name before submitting the order.

OUR PROCESS

Each large personalized leaf is precision-cut from tackle twill using our in-house laser equipment.

The large leaves are positioned on the polo, secured with satin-stitch appliqué borders, and personalized with family names embroidered in white thread.

The tree, trunk, branches, roots, and small decorative leaves are embroidered directly onto the polo.

The embroidered tree does not have a satin-stitch border around its outer edge.

Each polo is designed, laser-cut, embroidered, appliquéd, and finished in-house by 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC.

ORDERING TWO OR MORE POLOS

For polos with different sizes, polo colors, family names, reunion years, personalized names, small-leaf colors, or large-leaf twill colors, customize and add each polo to the cart separately.

After adding the first polo to the cart, return to this product page, enter the information for the next polo, and add it to the cart as a separate item.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming the correct spelling of every name and all personalization information before submitting the order.

Once production begins, information entered incorrectly by the customer cannot be changed, refunded, or replaced.

Once production begins and the needle drops, there are no refunds, cancellations, or changes unless the item arrives damaged or 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC made an error while producing the order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Turn the polo inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
• Do not wring or twist
• Air drying is strongly recommended
• If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat
• Do not iron or apply heat directly to the embroidery or tackle-twill appliqué
• Do not dry clean
