Personalized Back-to-School Pencil Shirt — Custom Embroidered Name & Grade

Create a one-of-a-kind personalized back-to-school shirt featuring your child’s embroidered name, optional grade wording, and a premium pencil appliqué.

This is not a basic printed T-shirt. Each design is professionally embroidered directly onto a soft, boutique-style girls’ ruffle shirt using premium Light Gold tackle twill, detailed satin-stitch embroidery, and Madeira Polyneon polyester embroidery thread.

The pencil is securely sewn onto the garment for a dimensional, premium finish—not printed, heat-transferred, or made with vinyl.

CHILD’S NAME

Enter up to 10 characters.

All names are automatically converted to uppercase letters and embroidered using the lettering style shown.

Lowercase or mixed-case lettering is not available for this design.

Please carefully review the spelling before submitting your order. The customer is responsible for entering and confirming the correct spelling.

GRADE

Choose from:

• No Grade
• Pre-K
• Kindergarten
• 1st Grade
• 2nd Grade
• 3rd Grade
• 4th Grade
• 5th Grade
• 6th Grade

Choose “No Grade” if you want only the child’s name embroidered.

The selected grade wording will be embroidered in the same thread color selected for the child’s name.

NAME COLOR

Your selected name color will be used for:

• The child’s embroidered name
• Any selected grade wording

Available thread colors are shown in the Name Color selector.

We use Madeira Polyneon professional polyester embroidery thread.

Please select a name color that contrasts clearly with your chosen shirt color. If the selected combination will not display clearly, 8TH Wonder Apparel LLC will contact you before production begins.

Because embroidery thread and appliqué twill have different textures, finishes, and dye lots, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

ORDERING TWO OR MORE SHIRTS

For shirts with different sizes, shirt colors, names, grades, or name colors, customize and add each shirt to the cart separately.

After adding the first shirt, return to this product page, enter the customization details for the next shirt, and add it to the cart as a separate item.

Only increase the quantity when every shirt will have the exact same size, shirt color, child’s name, grade, and name color.

LIGHT GOLD TACKLE-TWILL PENCIL APPLIQUÉ

The pencil body is cut from premium Light Gold Twill USA poly-back sports twill and securely sewn onto the shirt with professional satin-stitch embroidery.

The pencil design includes:

• Light Gold tackle-twill pencil body

• Tan embroidered wood section
• Black embroidered graphite tip
• Silver embroidered ferrule
• Pink embroidered eraser

The pencil design and its colors remain the same on every shirt.

No changes can be made to the pencil colors, layout, angle, accent lines, ferrule, eraser, wood section, or graphite tip.

The spelling of the child’s name will be embroidered based on the name entered during checkout.

All names will be converted to uppercase letters. Lowercase and mixed-case lettering are not available for this design.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming the correct spelling and customization selections before submitting the order.

Once production begins and the needle drops, there are no refunds, cancellations, or changes unless the item arrives damaged.

Names entered incorrectly by the customer cannot be changed, refunded, or replaced after production begins.

The shirt shown in the product photographs is a completed sample.

Your selected shirt color, child’s name, grade, and name color will change the appearance of the finished shirt.

Design size and placement may vary slightly based on the selected shirt size to maintain a balanced, age-appropriate appearance.

Screen settings, lighting, embroidery thread, and tackle twill may cause colors or textures to appear slightly different in person.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Turn the shirt inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
• Do not wring or twist
• Air drying is strongly recommended
• If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat
• Do not iron or apply heat directly to the embroidery or tackle-twill appliqué
• Do not dry clean
